PROCESS
At Fuller Custom Homes, we've designed a home-building process that sets us apart from other builders in the Denver metro area.
Design - One of our strengths in home building rests in our unique architectural process. With a degree in architectural design, co-owner Gary Fuller can look at your set of house plans and talk to you about how you'll move through the house, how you'll live in the home, and what's important to you. Collaborating with the architect, Gary can bring your vision to fruition, making sure that your goals are met at every stage of construction. If you haven't chosen an architect to design your custom home, we can recommend one who meets our high standards.
Build - As your custom home is being built, we're in communication with you every step of the way. You'll receive a morning e-mail that recaps the work that was completed the previous day and also alerts you as to what will happen throughout the day. In addition, we schedule weekly on-site meetings to keep you apprised of the progress on your home, and we arrange other key-point meetings as the need arises.
Change Orders - Most home builders make changes on-the-fly and then send invoices to their clients, who are understandably shocked when they see the bills. Fortunately, we're not like most home builders. At Fuller Custom Homes, we communicate with you at every juncture, making you aware of situations as soon as they arise. By bringing you into the loop, you're able to tell us what's important and what's not, thereby eliminating surprises or unnecessary cost overruns.
Quality Assurance - At several stages in the home building process, we bring in experts to inspect our work. For example, we'll schedule mechanical, window/door, and roof inspections. We ask these experts to find independent companies to find fault in our work, and we promptly correct any oversights or mistakes. This diligence attempts to prevent issues from cropping up days, or even years, down the line.
Warranty - We offer a two-year warranty on every custom home we build. We also come in and perform warranty inspections six months and one year after you close on the home.
